We have been studying the Purusha Suptam. In our last class, we have seen the ninth mantra of this Purusha Suptam. Bhagawan alone was there and He thought, let me become many and that was the beginning of creation. And Bhagawan created His assistants who would carry on the act of further creation. First creation, Padevaha, Rishis and Sadhyas. What are they? Rishis are those who have knowledge. For any creation, three things are necessary. First, knowledge is necessary. Second, some instruments are necessary. Third, some assistance is necessary. Rishis represent the knowledge. Devas represent the instrument. And Sadhyas, the effort. Purushakara. So then He commanded. Parabrahma commanded. Like Narayana commanded Brahma, I created you and from now on, I delegate the responsibility of further creation to you. From the Advaitic point of view, Narayana became, grossified himself into Brahma and Brahma grossified himself into this entire universe. So this is how we have to understand the whole, what is the purpose of this Purusha Suptam. It is a scripture. It is from the Rig Veda. Mandala 10, Astaka 8, Sukta 90. The purpose of Veda is not to discuss about creation. It is to give us the knowledge that creation is coming from God and we are all coming from God. We have forgotten that we have come from God. Now we come to know we have come from God. So like Shri Ram Krishna giving a beautiful example, there is a peculiar bird called Homa bird. It lives high up in the sky and it lays eggs and the eggs start falling and they hatch before they touch the ground and they realize that we will be smashed to death if we do not fly back to our mother. So after getting this knowledge, they turn back. This summarizes the very purpose of the scripture in telling us about this creation. What is this creation? We have come from God. We are living in God. We go back to God. This is the final truth. Life is meant only to go back to God and this was how Swami Vivekananda summarized the entire essence of every scripture on earth. Each soul is potentially divine. The goal of life is to manifest to this divinity and there are proven methods, proven paths to take us to God. The purpose of the creation is to play. God is playing with himself, Leela. He only became this universe. He is only pretending that he is ignorant and after some time says, for today enough of this play and I want to take rest. So everything is a play. This is called Leela. Leela to Nitya, Nitya to Leela in Sri Ramakrishna's words summarizing. So what is called highest reality, Brahman had created first his assistants. He had a project in mind and for the execution of that project he created three beings. Rishis representing knowledge and the Devas representing the managers and the Sadhyas to assist them and this whole project started to further and further multiply into various things, infinite number of things. The whole purpose is just a play and nothing else. This is called Inshallah, the will of God. Will of God can never be poisonous or unproductive. It is absolutely, there is a meaning. Meaning is everything is divine. Divine is playing with the divine. So in our last class what did we say? That Brahman himself is the material. Brahman himself in the form of Rishis, Devas and Sadhyas are the managers to create like potters and what did they do? They took the material. Who was the material? That universal Purusha. He is both the material cause, Upadana Karana and also intelligent cause, Nimitta Karana. So tasmad yajnat sarvahutah that yajna is named, given a beautiful name. It is called sarvahutah. Means sarva, means infinity has been offered into the infinity. We get this idea. Purnat purnam udachyate Purnasya purnam adaya Purnam eva avasishyate Tasmad yajnat sarvahutah That yajna is called sarvahutah yajnat. That means it contains everything. However there are many undiscovered objects in this world. Undiscovered knowledge. People are astonished that they say what is a thing this called artificial intelligence. Artificial general intelligence and artificial specific intelligence. AI, shortly called. It looks marvelous but it is knowledge and that knowledge is God. So the person who has this knowledge is also from God. Knowledge also is God. God only became the person. God is knowledge. So he is bringing out slowly all the knowledge from within himself. So first thing these managers Revas, Rishis and Sadhyas what did they do? They produced a raw material a usable material a unmanifest material they made it to manifest and that is called prishat ajyam worthy of being further multiplied. And what is this they did? They had in view the users. The users have not yet been created. Who are the users? People with intelligence. Usually human beings. Jeevatmas. Every creature is a Jeevatma. Mosquito is also Jeevatma. So right from one celled animal up to the highest evolved Brahman everything is Jeevatma. And this Srishti creation is taken from inorganic to organic one celled, then two celled then multiple celled and insects and then slowly plants then animals birds human beings Devas etc. is a further evolution. So they offered as it were that means mentally remember this is all mental the whole world is but an idea in the mind of the supreme. Just like our dream. Every dream is an idea. This entire creation is an idea. It is the dream of the Divine Purusha. And don't ask why did he dream? Where was the need? Was his time passing very slowly? He wanted entertainment. Nobody knows. This is all our thoughts about him. We don't know his thoughts. If we want to know we have to become one with him. So what did they do? They means the Rishis the Devas and the Sadhyas they produced this was the first creation and that thinking what material we should produce which can further be multiplied that original material which was there in the form of unmanifest now brought into manifest and that is called Prishat. Prishat means a mixture of ghee and curds and that became the Aajyam. Aajyam means original material from which the entire universe will come and in the Aitareya Upanishad Atman alone was there and that Atman he thought let me become many and he produced Virat Virat Purusha and this Aajyam is that Virat Purusha and that Virat means universal being the whole universe is only further manifestation. So Sambhrutam Prishat Aajyam then further the intelligent beings have to be created and they are called human beings because only at the level of human being the self reflection self observation self knowledge everything is possible but slowly the Jeeva has to evolve evolution that means the Vedantins we do not quarrel with Darwin or the biological evolutionists we agree with them so slowly through many Janmas that is why it is called 84 lakhs of Janmas what does it mean slowly from one celled being slowly evolving into higher and higher and higher forms of manifestation of that divinity pure consciousness so Pashun Than Chakra first animals were created then birds were created then many many many animals etc etc we have to understand Aranyan Ramya is Devas Rishis and Sadhyas produced forests produced suitable places for people to dwell that is called Gramyaha and for their living they have to produce animals plants we have to understand all that etc etc so animals wild because even a tiger a lion a wolf even though they appear to be ferocious animals but they have a tremendous role to play keeping balance in the world everything has got earthquakes previously people thought famines earthquakes floodings all the what is called avengers punishment of God but now the environmentalists they have understood everything has a proper place in this creation if there had been no earthquakes no floods no famines the world that we are living now perhaps would not be there so creation is good sustenance is good and destruction is also good and this marvelous fact has been outlined srishti sthiti vinashanam shakti bhute sanatane gunasraye gunamayi narayane namostute so from this universal sacrifice in which the raw material was Brahman himself and from there was produced ghee mixed with birds and then that pirat purusha became created means became all the animals animals living in the air and animals that are wild animals that are domestic what does it mean the animals are created but before the animals were created or simultaneously the animals also like human beings the birds animals the mosquitoes everything has to live so food has to be created by the world creation here we have to understand the eaters and the eaten the subjects and the objects everything has been created as I mentioned the scripture is not interested in detailing the srishti is only to remind us we have come from God and our only destination there is no other destination is to go back from where we have come and that is what the whole universe is doing we come from the unmanifest we go back to the unmanifest and we come from the unmanifest that is called janma and after sometime when we go back to unmanifest that is called mrutyu janma mrutyu are not life and death but manifestation and going back to the unmanifest this is the highest truth so beautifully put Bhagwan says like that then what happens here is a here are the jivas they are created and God has given them sufficient knowledge for muskuto also has given a knowledge and that knowledge is called vedas so having created this machinery this gadget called jiva God has created vedas that was being outlined in the tenth mantra from that has come out that means the imagined as we create in our dream so they are great people who rishis the devas and the sadhyas sadhyas were only helpers so the rishis they have got the knowledge we are going to create baby is going to come out so the parents what type of food is suitable for the baby what type of cot what type of dress what type of medications everything they think thousand times before having a baby God also before having this creation as it were so what did he do to summarize this one vedas are four even though three are mentioned here and then means from that sarvabhrut yagna has come out that means the manual has come out and when I say manual that manual for the mosquito also there is a manual that means it is not a written book it is a knowledge from within and I think even the mosquito or a fly all these learnt from their parents by watching what they do and even birds they learn from observing how to make nests and how to mate and how to look after the babies and as soon as a young one learns then the parents now with our blessings go out into the world so it is said the parent birds do not allow as soon as the chick grows up they see that it learns and it teaches everything parents teach everything and then now you are on your own and that passing of knowledge is called vedas even though specifically vedas means about human beings why is it so because animals are born with instinct to fight or take flight animals whatever knowledge is necessary for their survival propagation sufficient knowledge God passes to them in the form of their parents etc and parents teach it is seen every parent of every animal, every bird and perhaps we can apply the same thing to even insects etc they learn somehow how to survive, how to propagate of course birth growth and death srishti, sthiti and laya is inevitable for anything that is born living or non-living so it learns but human beings there is a peculiarity we require a guidance why because with the birth of human beings we have the ability to misuse our knowledge we have been given a very special power what is that power power of deciding how to live our life but even for us when we are children parents try their best to teach us what to do, what not to do but once we grow up now you decide what you want to do, even Bhagwan Krishna having taught Arjuna the highest wisdom at the end if we notice, he doesn't force now you do this way no, he says I have taught you that you think over it deeply and then yathe chasi ratha kuru think deeply, ponder deeply and then come to a decision and follow because human being is endowed with self responsibility because he has been endowed with sufficient power of discrimination he who assumes that I know what I am doing so the consequences also come to that person babies do not have mad people will not have immature people do not have but every person is endowed with that rationality to the most extent in human beings therefore he requires guidance that guidance comes in the form of commandments do this and don't do this but having given this commandments it is up to us to follow either the commandments or to transgress them to neglect them and if we do not follow we suffer and we learn and when we transgress God has created what is called dukkha and then through, it is not punishment it is correction it is teaching us how to behave properly, every punishment is only a lesson to be learnt how to live properly if we learn God blesses us with reward that is higher happiness and until we learn God will go on teaching us the lesson with milder punishment, mild punishment or severe punishment and God has given crystal clearly God has divided life into two categories until we develop sufficient power of discrimination, so you be in the world, enjoy the world if you want to enjoy the world, I have given you the instruments called body and mind and I have also produced the manual, how to maintain the body, how to maintain the mind, how to use the body, how to use the mind, how not to misuse both body and mind and this first portion of the Vedas is called Karma Kanda the purpose of Karma Kanda is to make us further evolve, but in the beginning like a child who is advised you eat, you drink you play, you sleep but as soon as the baby grows up, responsibility hangs heavy on him, now you are responsible so the scripture also treats us as children you don't know, you are after play, after enjoyment but this is the way to play properly every game has got its own rules and taboos observe them then you will be successful and it may be few births, many more births and then we learn our lesson once we learn our lesson then we say this I had had enough of this play, oh mother now I am tired of this play, I want to come when we naturally reach that state may be after 84 lakhs of births or 80 billions of births of life then God is ready Divine Mother is ready now you take up the second part of the Vedas called Brahma Kanda that is God Realization for such people only the teachings of Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Swami Vivekananda apply each soul is potentially Divine and the goal of life is only one, that is to go to God and claim that you I am God or God has created how many paths? Infinite paths Jato Moth, Tato Poth that is called Brahma Kanda how to reach Brahman is detailed there for every mentality there is a specific path and these are called Vedas and so Rishis, Devas and Sadhyas what did they do? Vichaha, Rig Veda then Samani, Sama Veda, Yajur Veda Tasmat Ajayata means they created automatically, so what is Veda? Veda is the manual the knowledge book book of knowledge which tells us until we grow to some extent this is what you should do and this is what you should never do and once we reach that upper stage then from now onwards you withdraw from this childish play and become a mature person that mature person is called Viveki and that person is directed you move forward there is well trodden, not path but paths how many? Jato Moth, Tato Poth and then not only Vedas, Chanda Chanda means what? a teacher has to teach this knowledge, pass on that knowledge which the teacher himself has received from his Guru his Guru received from his Guru this Guru Parampara system through teaching that is why it is also called Shruti Parampara Guru Parampara system is called GPS Shruti Parampara system SPS so through that whatever we have learned, first we practice then we pass it on to the future generation this is the to pass that knowledge it must be passed in a very intelligible way, simply a teacher knowing everything will not do, he must have that capacity to pass it on so that every student should be able to understand it for that various expressions are necessary for a 5 year old for a 20 years old for a 50 years old same truth but in different ways depending upon their state of development has to be given this is called Chandamsi usually the meaning of Chandas means what? meters, meter means what? express something to be intelligible so that it can be passed on but supposing somebody writes something, a beautiful poetry but nobody understands the head or tail of it it cannot be even considered as a poem if only a few people understand it that is meant only for those few people like the abstract art but for most of us we require understandable language and Sri Ram Krishna is the epitome of this understandable language beautifully expressed in a bhajan that Sri Ram Krishna even though deep meaning is there the language used by Sri Ram Krishna by Krishna, by Rama which later on has been twisted out of all understanding by the great Acharyas including Shankara, Ramanuja and Madhwa their purpose is to support their schools of philosophy forgetting that the only purpose their Acharyas God placed them with superior intelligence is so that they can guide the people to God not to simply twist the scriptural statement Swami Vivekananda remarks about every Acharya is guilty accepting the Paramacharya Sri Ram Krishna He is Jagadacharya He simply said Jatamat Tatapat once we understand it every part of the Veda becomes applicable to somebody who is at that level of understanding only for that person this particular teaching will be relevant the same scripture will be telling that you worship a buffalo, there is a story that a very sincere villager wanted to attain to God he approached a Rishi and the Rishi taught him the highest truth and then he said now go and meditate on what I taught you so this person entered into a hut and that hut is such, the door of the hut is such that one has to literally sit bend the head and then only one can enter inside the hut so this person after a few minutes he ran and said Sir I can't meditate, why? because I don't understand what you taught then the wise Guru he understood, he said he asked, what do you love? the disciple said I love, I have many buffaloes at home and one particular buffalo is very fond of me I am also very fond of it, I love it like Jada Bharta loved this baby deer and then the Guru said now think of Brahman in the form of that buffalo and this person was so happy so he went inside and then he was not coming out after some hours the Guru was a little bit concerned he went inside and then he called out, come out and the disciple said I want to come out but I am unable to come out and the Guru asked, what is the problem? and the disciple from within replied, Sir I have grown huge horns and they prevent me from coming out this is the story what does it mean? the Guru understood that what he taught at the first instance was not suitable and second instance he understood and he told him that you worship God in the most beloved of your form. Do you love your husband? Husband is the God Do you love your wife? Your wife is the Divine Mother Do you love your child? Child is the Divine so whatever we love that is Divine and think that way the more we progress we become Divine that is the methodology and that is called Chandamsi as far as I understand it so not only knowledge has been created but how to convey that knowledge the vehicle is called Chandamsi and that is also created methodology of teaching not only knowledge but method of conveying that knowledge to different people in different ways that is why Sairam Krishna always taught to his disciples what they could understand I will give you an instance and that will make really good sense there was a lady she belonged to Brahma Samaj she was a great lover of Krishna and then she was meditating upon Krishna as Gopala and then fortunately maybe fortunately she had a nephew a nephew's mother passed away therefore the responsibility of bringing up this nephew had fallen upon this lady so she was she literally loved that nephew baby and started bathing him dressing him caressing him, hugging him feeding him, cleaning him bathing him, everything day and night her mind was occupied only with the thoughts of her nephew but at the same time she also loved Mala Gopala, Chailu, Krishna and she wants whenever she sits down to think of Krishna only the face of her nephew comes out and she could not reconcile it running to Shri Ram Krishna Shri Ram Krishna had said what is the problem? whatever you are doing to your nephew, don't think that he is your nephew think that it is God himself Krishna himself, Mala Krishna himself Gopala himself and she was so happy because she wants to think of Krishna she wants to think of her nephew now it was conflicting before the teaching of Shri Ram Krishna completely harmonized they are not two beings your Krishna only has come in the form of the nephew, now she can do everything to the nephew but thinking that it is Krishna, so Krishna's thought and bringing up the nephew became harmonized and very few months after that it is said she started having visions of Bhagwan Krishna, what does it matter, through which methodology a person is having the visions of his or her chosen deity that is also Ram Krishna he is the Avatar, Avatar that is why Krishna also says let people approach me from any side because I am infinite, infinity doesn't have east, west, south, north above, below, every direction leads only to the infinite immediately not somewhere it is not like a huge tent is there, Shamyana is there and to reach the center one has to travel of course one can travel from any direction but to reach the center there is a distance that is not the idea here the infinite, every point is the center of the circumference, so one can immediately think about God in whatever form with whatever name but the sincerity is the key for that and this 10th Anuvaka is telling us that God has given the guidelines in the form of this he also created a methodology how to pass that understanding that understanding is called Chanda Gumsi so that is the way then further some more animals have to be also to be done, so it is the 11th Anuvaka Tasmat Ashwa Ajayanta Ekecha Ubhaya Adathaha Gaoha Jagnire Tasmat Tasmat Jata Ajavayaha further a few more animals have been added to the earlier whatever he said Aranyan Gramyascha etc Tasmat means Tasmat Sarvahutat Yajnat in that Yajna where the Yajna Pashu that is raw material of creation is Virat Purusha himself that is the unmanifest himself from that unmanifest just like if a goldsmith is given gold he can produce infinite varieties of ornaments what is the limitation the goldsmith's intelligence is the limitation similarly if you give a carpenter fine piece of wood he can create how many there is no limit since the raw material is infinite the production also could be infinite what is the limit the limit is only the limit of the intellect which can think see the fun rice, potatoes vegetables and a few spices and that's all a few grains rice etc rice or wheat or whatever it is and a few vegetables etc now you look at this in this way that here is a cook and whatever the cook are the usually our mothers parent from their mothers only that much they rarely think anything new but look at some of the creative chefs cooks they create varieties why only stop here why not create something else so once they start thinking that thinking process becomes almost infinite this is a wonderful phenomenon you train yourself how to think once you know how to think then you will produce yourself so at first it starts like a trickle like the Ganga or any river starts a few drops of water on the top of the mountain and slowly it forms a small streamlet and slowly as it comes down gathers in speed and also other streams join and by that time it reaches the ocean it becomes almost like an ocean, huge river thinking process also first it trots triplets, small bits and pieces but as we develop our thinking power look at now what are the computer scientists doing AI, a produced AI these are they like the Rishi's just as a way of comparison then they were engineers so these ideas have to be transformed into practical gadgets, whether it is computer, mobile phone or aeroplane or satellite what is called satellites rockets etc etc they have to transform this knowledge into something which is useful, that is what the Devas will do but once the gadget is produced there must be some people who have to be trained how to use that gadget so Rishis, Devas and Sadhyas so the same process in every field of life so here also the same thing is happening that there will be people in course of time why only confine myself to this, let me think whether I can do something else this is how knowledge becomes bigger and bigger and bigger and it becomes almost split into various formats that is called infinity so everything is leading us to the infinity never put a limit especially Shri Ramakrishna's teaching never put a limit to God, that means you can think of God in infinite varieties of ways, absolutely that is not only possible it is the only way for out of the do not become fanatics give expression that is what Ekam Sat Viprah Bahudhavadantya, our Rishis have clarified this one so further Srishti this is only a samples given and then we have to add etc. etc. etc. so Tasmat Sarvahutat Yajnat, from the same Yajna that is what is it it is a Manasika Yajna creative thinking from creative thinking they started producing more and more creative ideas Tasmat Ashvah Jayant horses have come and then there are other animals Ekecha Ubhaya Tathaha so Eke means only one road teeth, some are having double road teeth so the animals with some teeth, animals with double road, there are some fishes, multiple roads, what is called layers are there in fact they say every human being first one set of teeth will come out and we all know that after 2 or 3 years this baby teeth will fall off giving the second set of teeth it is said the elephants have got 6 rows of teeth every animal practically I don't know, 2 sets of teeth 4 sets of teeth etc. so as they go on chewing depending upon what they eat whether twice or thrice, 4 times, 5 times 6 times, God alone knows there may be some which are growing teeth until they last until they die so with one row of teeth or 2 rows of teeth or 6 rows of teeth etc. we have to add etc. etc. one row of teeth animals with one row of teeth with double row of teeth human beings are supposed to be double rowed etc. but notice first when the baby is there, one row a few teeth here either above, upper gum or lower gum etc. slowly it will be filled and it will be replaced slowly again and then we have got only 2 teeth etc. and then from the same Yagna further, remember these are only etc. etc. so cows buffaloes and etc. so Aja means goats and Vyaha means what is called animals other animals, buffaloes etc. so why these few are mentioned, because these are the things that human beings were accustomed especially in those days, these were the animals and elephants are not mentioned here, we have to also mention elephants our people's creative imagination has gone further, that is why Brahma rides on a Hamsa, Vishnu rides on Garuda and so different Devatas, they have got different Vahanas etc. it is marvelous idea that is everything is related to the divine, it is to understand nothing should be thought as non-divine so animals are associated with Gods and Goddesses trees, plants are associated with Gods and Goddesses, everything in this world is to be associated with Gods and Goddesses etc. etc. this is what is called that everything should be looked upon as very sacred sacralizing that is everything must be looked upon first a few items then later on more items simple example Bilva Patra the leaves of Bilva Vriksha Bilva fruits are well known for their laxative properties, medicinal properties and Tulasi is associated with Vishnu so at first what has been useful but do not stop there, expand your vision and so what happened from this all producing sacrifice for born horses all cattle with one row of teeth some with two rows of teeth, the cows were also generated from the same and from it were produced goats and then sheep that means these are the animals which we see even today in many places usually these are the things, then you can include elephants, you can include camels, whichever animals, but if you go to Iceland, Norway etc. so you will get the Shantaklas will be riding on a special type of deer etc. and those deer are they also for milk for meat, for food etc. everything what is to be noted in this beautiful concept is everything is the eater of food everything is also eaten so those who eat and those who are eaten we depend upon when we eat a plant or an animal we are the eaters they are the eater but when whatever we discharge becomes the what we call the waste material, it is not waste, it is a creative material and that goes into the earth and the plants grow so we eat the plants and the plants eat us in other forms what is the form? everyday we are providing it with food suitable for them and at our death what happens when our bodies are buried in the earth etc. then that would be the food for so many creatures etc. so parasparambhavayantaha we depend upon them they depend upon us so we eat fish small fish is eaten by bigger fish, bigger fish is eaten by biggest fish biggest fish is eaten by various animals etc. and we also eat the bigger fish and then small insects eat us, all the time they are eating us up it may be brain eating insect, it may be flesh eating insect, it may be there are permanently so much of bacteria which is within us, the whole universe is interdependent the eater and the eaten, this beautiful concept has been given in the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad in a particular section called Madhu Kanda so a mango is a madhu for each one of us, because this is summer season but we also become what is called madhu that is most beloved object for the mango tree how? because the fertilizer we call fertilizer comes out from us what the plants breathe out is called oxygen and that is life for us and what we breathe out is called carbon dioxide that is the oxygen for the plants etc. this marvelous interdependence upon each other, that is being explained here because the purusha who is the living the purusha who is the non-living and here note down a fact which I had mentioned many times whenever we say that living and non-living a human, a living creature doesn't depend only upon the non-living all minerals are supposed to be non-living the salt, the sugar and the vitamins zinc etc. potassium, iron etc. all these are non-living we say, they become living, they may become us the moment we eat them, now what is the point here? point is we are dependent upon them life is impossible and they also in their own turn are eating us up in some way and this circle becomes complete, the eater and eaten maintain an eternal dependent relationship that is the essence of the madhukanda including devas dependent upon human beings human beings dependent upon the devas and we depend upon God and God also depends upon us. Ram Krishna passes a very significant statement which we rarely sit up and take notice, he says but Bhagwan is there but if there are no bhaktas, who is going to recognize that here is a Bhagwan so Bhagwan is totally dependent upon the bhaktas to know that you are Bhagwan then he is ah, I am very happy I am Bhagwan, to make Bhagwan happy there must be some people to point out you are Bhagwan and bhaktas depend upon Bhagwan so that he lives, he exists because of us and we exist because of him parasparam bhavayantaha is a very marvelous idea that is being given here and this interdependence is the most important idea this is called holistic what is it, what should be our outlook I am the human being I have the power I want to destroy I can destroy the whole world is created for my happiness this is called a complete unspiritual attitude I depend upon the world world depends upon me and I and the world have equal position so this idea has been beautifully brought out and I don't think I have read about this anywhere else in other religions excepting Hinduism that the whole creation is mutually dependent but divided into three categories Adhyatma Adi Bhautika and Adi Daivika God as in the form of Gods Ishwara Chit Achit and Ishwara Ishwara himself divides himself into living and non-living and simple example there is an object there should be light there should be an eye there is an object how do I experience that object I see it for seeing I require the eye but eye will not do eye also requires requires light light should come from the sun so Aditya the Adhishtatra Devata of the eye and that object is there that is called Adi Bhautika so suppose the object is not there what am I going to see so I depend upon the object because its very existence is what fulfills my dependence upon it and to see that object to experience that object to know about that object and then to do what to do what not to do with this object I require that knowledge to get that knowledge I require light and that light is supplied by Aditya so what does the Aditya do he is the Ishwara Aditya gives us creates the tree and then that tree he also gives endows me with eye and to connect me with the tree God also connects us with the help of the light I am able to see this tree the tree is also able to depend upon me because I can maintain it etc this triangular relationship is what we call Jagat so Adhyatmika, Adhibhautika and Adhidaivika all mutually dependent you break one and the triangle will be broken there will be no Srishti at all and that is what we have to understand through this Purusha Suktam that Purusha divided himself into the Jiva Jagat and Adhishtatra Devata Ishwara manifesting as Jiva as Jagat and as the Adhishtatra Devata and each is dependent upon a Sun is useless if object or me are absent I am useless if even if the object is not there Sun is there useless Sun is there and I am not there the object is there that is also useless this is the idea we have all come from that avyakta we go back to that avyakta but if we have this knowledge then everything becomes Sarvam Kalvidam Brahma and that is the essence of this explanation about this Srishti we will continue this beautiful thought in our next class Om Jananim Sharadam Devim Ramakrishnam Jagat Gurum Pada Padme Tayo Sritva Pranamami Mohur Moho May Ramakrishna Holy Mother and Swami Vivekananda bless us all with Bhakti Ramakrishna
