Question: Correlating Rupa, Nama, Karma with Sat, Chit, Ananda

Question: In the last chapter, when you talked about Rupa, Nama and Karma, could that be correlated with Sat, Chit and Ananda?

Response: In a way, I think yes, it can be done. But the purpose of that one is that all the three have their origin, and all the three combined is what we call this creation. So all the three combined together is what we call our personality. So the idea is that you think that you are only this body and mind. No, actually you are nothing. You are only an infinitesimal manifestation of śabda, of formlessness, which is nothing but saguṇa brahma or hiraṇyagarbha. You are a manifestation of hiraṇyagarbha. And if you think you exist separately from hiraṇyagarbha, that would be wrong. So how to get rid of the limitation? That is called mukti. That is the purpose.
